Our name has changed but it’s still the same Barbecue Cook-off. Friday May 31st our competitors roll in to get ready for Saturday’s Competition. We will be giving away over $7,500 in cash prizes to the top 10 winners. Saturday, June 1st will be a day filled with craft vendors, food trucks, fun for the kiddo’s and lots of music from Local Bands. Entry is FREE! Want to taste some of the competitors barbecue? It’s not for sell, but if you ask you can probably taste a sample. Another way to taste is to be a judge. Judging starts at noon for Chicken, 1:30pm for Ribs and 3pm for Brisket. If you want to judge you need to show up at least 30 minutes before the actual judging starts.
